I was at Porsche GB HQ yesterday, which also happens to be a dealership, to pick up a car ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) when I saw this car under a sheet.
Judging by the air intake at the front and the mahoosive spoiler at the back I'd say it was a GT3. If it was sitting under a sheet in the showroom then it was waiting for a customer to come in for 'the big reveal' as Porsche are wont to do.
So, are GT3's getting fixed and now going back to customers? Looks like it.

I don't think any have been fixed yet. I think it may remain under that sheet until the new engine arrives.

Your boxster is beautiful. I test drove a Boxster S earlier this week, and it was a revelation.

Did they install a manual transmission? No? Then ... no, not fixed.

The sheet is actually a flame-retardant material, there to protect the rest of the building and those around it
